The customer service has confirmed my eligible returns were made on 9/20/23, and yet after 2 months with multiple phone calls, Prince & Bond has yet to refund my money back to my credit card. Their customer service did not keep his follow-up call promises, and is unhelpful and non responsive to email sent to [****] This review seems to be my final hope for their response in addressing my dollars refund.
